Here are all the templates you need for when you onboard a client, send an update or sign off a project.

Onboarding email

Hi 'Client Name',

My name is 'Name' – I am the 'position' at Electric Sheep and also the Account Manager for your project. If you need anything during your project, just give me a shout. I have also cc’d in 'name' and 'she/he' will be in contact if they need anything specific from you.

We are very excited to have you onboard. Before we can get going, we will need a couple of things from you:

Contract – This I have attached for you to read through and sign.

Invoicing Details – Click here to provide us with your company details, so that we can invoice you with the right information.

Website & Hosting Logins – Click here to provide us with all the logins and access to your existing website and hosting account. Alternatively, you can create users for us using the email: admin@electrichsheepagency.co.za

Strategy Questionnaire – Click here to answer a few questions about your business, services and customers. We will use this information to prepare for the strategy workshop with you and your team.

Mock-Up Sign Off

The final designs (when we code the website) might vary slightly. This design gives you an idea of the style, copy and layout we are going for. Please ignore spelling and grammar. The website will be fully proofed before going live.

If you are happy with this design, please complete the SIGN OFF form here. You can suggest any design changes you want to see – we will amend and send for review again. Once you sign off the design we will start building the website and coding the other pages.
